Tier 1 Certification Course Overview

Welcome to the Tier 1 Certification of GFN-MServ PT3 Foundations of Neurodiversity Fitness Training in the Military. This course aligns with Glassbox Fitness N1, N2, and N3 Neurodiversity Fitness Certifications, correlated with the DSM-5 manual, and is designed to provide military fitness trainers with foundational knowledge of neurodiversity in fitness training within a military context. 

Course Objectives

  • Comprehensive Understanding of Neurodiversity: Gain foundational knowledge of neurodiversity as it pertains to Glassbox Fitness N1, N2, and N3 certifications, correlating with ASD levels 1, 2, and 3 of the DSM-5 manual, as well as other neurodivergent conditions. 
  • Incorporate GFN-MServ Fitness Principles: Apply GFN-MServ PT3 methodologies in creating inclusive fitness programs for military personnel with various neurodivergent conditions. 
  • Develop Inclusive Fitness Training Environments: Strategize to create fitness spaces and programs accommodating neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, Down syndrome, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and other forms of neurodivergence.
