What is Neurodiversity?

01. Neurodiversity

Noun: The diversity or variation of cognitive functioning in people. Everyone has a unique brain and therefore different skills, abilities and needs.

02. Neurodiverse

Adjective: Describes the diversity and variation of cognitive functioning in people. Neurodiverse is typically used to describe neurodivergent individuals.

03. Neurodivergent

Adjective: Describes people who have a neurodivergence.

04. Neurodivergence

Noun: Cognitive functioning which is not considered “typical”. Types of neurodivergence, include autism, Asperger’s syndrome, dyslexia, dyscalculia, epilepsy, hyperlexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and Tourette syndrome (TS)

Refund Policy Glassbox Fitness Live Online 2024 Workshops

Welcome to Glassbox Fitness, where we are committed to providing exceptional training in neurodivergent fitness. Our Live online workshops are designed to meet the highest standards of quality and engagement. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our refund and rescheduling policy:

1. Non-Refundable Fees:

The fee for each workshop is non-refundable. This policy is in place because the fee covers the costs associated with resource allocation, administration, and the preparation required to deliver a high-quality workshop experience.

2. Rescheduling Option:

We offer the option to reschedule your workshop session if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This policy is designed to provide flexibility while managing our resources efficiently.

3. Transferability of Course:

If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your spot to another individual. To do so, please provide us with the new participant’s details more than 24 hours before the workshop. Transfer requests should be sent to [email protected].

4. No-Show Policy:

If you fail to attend a workshop without prior notification, the session will be considered as utilized. In such cases, there will be no option for rescheduling or transferring your spot.

5. Late Cancellation:

Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled workshop are not eligible for a refund, rescheduling, or transfer.

6. Exceptions for Extenuating Circumstances:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. For situations such as medical emergencies, we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with relevant documentation for assistance.
