1. Glassbox Fitness – Foundations of Fitness – Neurodiversity (N1-N2) – In-Person One-on-One: This certification serves as the foundational level, providing trainers with a deep understanding of neurodiversity and various neurodivergent conditions. Trainers will learn about effective communication strategies, sensory considerations, behavior management, and exercise modifications. This knowledge will empower trainers to create individualized fitness programs that cater to the specific needs of neurodivergent clients.
2. Glassbox Fitness – Virtual (On-Line) – Neurodiversity (N1-N2): In today’s digital age, virtual coaching sessions play a crucial role in fitness coaching. This certification focuses on the unique considerations required to implement virtual coaching sessions for the neurodiverse population. Trainers will learn about adapting physical literacy, effective communication strategies in an online environment, and utilizing appropriate digital tools to broaden their coaching repertoire. This certification builds upon the foundational knowledge gained at the first certification level.
3. Glassbox Fitness – Neurodiverse Group Classes (N1-N2): This certification equips trainers with the skills to lead in-person group fitness classes specifically tailored for neurodiverse populations. Trainers will gain expertise in group dynamics, inclusive coaching techniques, and modification strategies for different ability levels. By completing this certification, trainers will be able to render these classes enjoyable for all participants. This certification builds upon the foundational knowledge gained at the first certification level.
4. Advanced (N3) Certification in Neurodiversity Fitness: The Advanced (N3) Certification in Neurodiversity Fitness is an in-depth program designed to equip fitness trainers with the knowledge and skills necessary to work with neurodivergent individuals who have multiple diagnoses, including severe L3 Autism, severe OCD, ADHD, Anxiety Disorder, and Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD). This certification builds upon the foundational knowledge gained in the N1-N2 levels and provides trainers with a deeper understanding of complex neurodivergent conditions.
* Glassbox Fitness N1, N2 or N3 Neurodiversity Fitness Certifications correlate with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), level 1, 2, or 3 of the (DSM-5) manual of mental disorders which categorizes two areas of functioning: social communication and restricted repetitive behaviors. As a mother of a 22-year-old neurodivergent daughter, my journey with Glassbox Fitness and the Neurodiverse Group Classes Certification (N1-N2) course has been life-changing. The impact on my family’s fitness and well-being is a testament to the transformative power of this program.

Trainers participating in the Certification Theory Delivery will receive an invitation with a unique username and passcode.
This login information can be used throughout the year 2023, granting access to virtual classes. Trainers have the flexibility to log in multiple times and attend live online classes and reinforce their understanding of the theory at their convenience within the given timeframe.
Autism is a developmental disorder characterized by challenges in social interaction, communication, and restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior. Glassbox Fitness offers N1 and N2 certifications, as well as an Advanced N3 Cert specializing in working with individuals across the autism spectrum.
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects individuals' ability to sustain attention, regulate impulse control, and manage hyperactivity. People with ADHD possess unique strengths and challenges that require tailored coaching approaches.
Dyslexia is a learning disorder that affects reading and language processing. Individuals with dyslexia may face difficulties with decoding, spelling, and reading comprehension but often excel in other areas.
Dyspraxia, also known as Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD), is a condition that affects motor coordination and planning. It can impact fine and gross motor skills, presenting challenges in physical tasks for those affected.

Upon passing the multiple-choice exam, trainers can request to receive the Practical Lesson Plans. These lesson plans are designed for in-person completion and video submission. Trainers will implement the lesson plans with neurodivergent individuals, record their sessions, and submit the videos for evaluation. The submitted videos will be carefully reviewed and scored to determine certification graduation.
