At GFN-MServ, we are dedicated to integrating neurodiversity within the military’s physical fitness framework. Our bespoke specialized fitness prescriptions cater to a range of conditions including PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other neurodivergent conditions. Our goal is to empower military personnel and their families with specialized fitness programs, certifications, and resources, all tailored to meet their unique needs. 

Military Special Access Grant: In support of this mission, we offer the Military Special Access Grant – a comprehensive access solution that replaces the standard individual or business licensing model. This grant allows military units and bases to access all GFN-MServ programs, resources, and support, along with the permission to utilize Glassbox Fitness’s proprietary content and methodologies. It is a scalable and flexible option, tailored to the specific requirements and size of your military entity, ensuring that our neuro-inclusive fitness solutions are seamlessly integrated into the military sphere.

GFN-MServ Fitness Prescription Case Study - "Ivan"

This GFN-MServ case study, influenced by true events and centering on “Ivan”, demonstrates the profound impact of specialized fitness prescriptions using PT3 Neurodiversity Techniques for managing PTSD. Running from January to September 2023, the program encompassed virtual sessions focused on improving PTSD symptoms, physical health, and mental well-being. 

Remarkable results included significant reduction in PTSD symptoms, enhanced physical strength and flexibility, improved stress management, better sleep quality, and increased social engagement. Ivan’s journey exemplifies the effectiveness of tailored fitness programs in enhancing the overall quality of life for individuals with PTSD, underscoring the potential of such personalized approaches in mental health support. 

GFN-MServ Fitness Prescription Case Study - "Sarah"

Sarah’s Well-Being and Proprioception Progress: inspired by real-life events and adjusted for privacy, Sarah, a 30-year-old member of a military family, embarked on a transformative journey with the Glassbox Fitness Neurodiversity (GFN) Military Services (MServ) program. Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Dyspraxia, and Dyscalculia, Sarah faced unique challenges typical of a neurodiverse individual in a military family environment. 

Remarkable Progress in Proprioception: Sarah’s journey is marked by substantial improvement in proprioception, demonstrating the program’s effectiveness in enhancing body awareness and coordination, which are crucial for his daily activities within a military environment. 

Advancements in Managing Dyscalculia: The program’s targeted approach has also led to notable improvements in Sarah’s ability to manage Dyscalculia, exemplifying the success of customized strategies in addressing specific neurodiverse challenges. 

Enhanced Motor Skills Addressing Dyspraxia: Sarah’s enhanced motor skills and coordination, as a response to the program’s focus on Dyspraxia, underscore the value of tailored physical exercises in improving functional abilities.
